ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Vaulted Axis by artist George Wray acts as a signpost. It is made of four equal sections, that each have a symbol and a color to represent an area of the school. The ruby red square, deep blue triangle, and the bright green diamond represent different classroom wings. The tangerine orange circle represents the administrative wing. ABOUT THE ARTIST
Idaho-based artist George Wray creates neon light sculptures, paintings, and drawings. Wray taught art for other thirty years at the University of Idaho. He earned a bachelor's degree from Moorhead State College in Minnesota. He earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from California College of the Arts in Oakland.
