ABOUT THE ARTIST
Port Townsend, Washington-based artist Linda Okazaki creates narrative, landscape, and still-life paintings. Okazaki earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees from Washington State University in Pullman, Eastern Washington, in 1974. She was a member of Washington State University's Fine Arts Department for seven years. She currently teaches at the Port Townsend School of the Arts on the Olympic Peninsula in Northwestern Washington, where she also lives and paints.
