About the Artwork
Save the Garden is a three-panel painting by artist Jennifer Stabler-Holland that contrasts black and white imagery with colorful elements to symbolize the conflict between man and nature. The artist notes that in her work she is "trying to mirror the unique paradox of our position in this ecosystem with symbols of roses, tulips, gardens, animal forms, insect forms and human forms all intermixed, intertwined and interdependent in a life and death struggle."
