Rebecca Fletcher

Skagit Valley, Western Washington-based artist Rebecca Fletcher creates oil paintings. She says, “The world is a raw and continuous marvel before which I stand ever in wonder.” Her paintings show the form and color of the world. Fletcher majored in Illustration at the Art Institute of Boston, Massachusetts.
