Caryn Friedlander

Northwest artist Caryn Friedlander creates expressive abstract paintings. Her art is informed by the natural world, a fascination with water, her extensive garden, and the art materials themselves. Friedlander was born in New York City and came to the Pacific Northwest in her early twenties, on a whim. She received a Master of Arts in East Asian
