Tom McClelland

Washington artist Tom McClelland creates public artworks in a variety of mediums. McClelland received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Northwestern Washington. He received a Master of Fine Arts degree in sculpture from Washington State University in Pullman, Eastern Washington.
