Harry Heine

Late artist Harry Heine (1928-2004) created watercolor paintings of maritime scenes and seascapes. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Heine lived most of his life in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He was elected to the Royal Academy of Marine Artists in 1980, the first Canadian to receive the honor. He was a member of the Federation of Canad
