North Dakota-based artist and teacher Dyan Rey creates expressive paintings and collage artworks. She serves as an Art Instructor for Northland Community College in Minnesota. Born in Grand Forks, North Dakota she studied at the University of North Dakota. She later studied at San Francisco State College and at the Otis Art Institute in Los Angele
