πŸ“£ We’re hiring: Arts in Education Washington Youth Arts Leadership (WAYAL) program specialist

We’re hiring a part time Program Specialist for the Arts in Education Washington Youth Arts Leadership (WAYAL) program. In this position, you will serve as the statewide coordinator for the WAYAL program. The WAYAL program expands opportunities for youth leadership within the arts and cultural sector.

Some of your specific activities:

  • Manage overall WAYAL Program in alignment with the agency strategic plan, and in consultation with a AIE Manager
  • Develop program mission, goals, strategies, and related metrics
  • Respond to inquiries from students, mentors, and other partners
  • Develop and coordinate marketing and communications
  • Manage program application and selection process
  • Work with regional partners to expand program geographic and demographic reach

πŸ’΅ $2,301 – $3,099 monthly

🌎 Flexible/Hybrid | 20 hours a week/part time
