📣 We’re hiring: Tribal Cultural Affairs Program Manager

ArtsWA is hiring a Program Manager for its new Tribal Cultural Affairs Program (TCAP). You will develop and implement a statewide grants program for Native artists, culture-bearers, and arts and creative organizations. You will conduct outreach and ensure access to technical assistance and professional development. You will act as ArtsWA’s liaison to Indigenous populations and the agencies and organizations that serve them.

Some of your specific activities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Tribal Cultural Affairs Program
  • Act as ArtsWA’s Tribal liaison 
  • Build and manage a program budget 
  • Supervise and oversee staff
  • Develop and implement a statewide grants program
  • Work with partners to provide technical assistance for tribal communities 
  • Cultivate local and regional partnerships
  • Perform community outreach
  • Maintain contract files and program records
  • Develop program evaluation tools and methods
  • Prepare reports for executive staff, commissioners, the legislature, and other partners

💵 $75,000 – $85,000 annually

🌎 Flexible/Hybrid
