75% of reflectors replaced

Milestone: 75% of reflectors have been replaced. The construction crew has completed twenty of Circle of Light’s twenty-four sections. Approximately 37,000 reflectors have been applied to the building’s concrete tension ring! The crew is making good time and expects to have the project complete around the end of July.

We’re following the restoration of Richard C. “Dick” Elliott’s Circle of Light (1992) in Yakima, which had fallen into disrepair in the decades since its installation.
